Agency for Strategic Initiatives will allocate three million rubles to the authors of useful solutions for people's lives during a pandemic

The Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) launches the Smart.Evolution contest with a prize fund of three million rubles on the Smarteka platform. Thanks to the contest, ASI plans to identify the best practical solutions, including the fight against coronavirus and its consequences, as well as the ability to adapt people and businesses to new living conditions during and after the pandemic.

Applications for participation in the contest are accepted until May 15 inclusive. For the first time, journalists, reporters and bloggers will be able to compete for victory in the competition.

The collected solutions will replenish the knowledge base of the Smarteka online platform, where the best practices of sustainable development and projects for implementation of national goals are located. All of them will be available for study and distribution in Russia. The competition is held in five nominations.

The Smart.AntiVirus nomination includes solutions and methods aimed at adapting people's lives to the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, as well as localization and elimination of its consequences. Projects to provide medical care, organize remote work or training, and support industry and business in crisis conditions are also accepted. The prize for the first place - 500 thousand rubles, for the second - 300 thousand rubles, for the third - 200 thousand rubles.

The Smart.Media nomination is a special nomination for journalists, reporters and bloggers. The authors should show how the practices they found affected the lives of people or identify a useful solution that gave one or another socio-economic effect for the region or community in need of support. Five winners will receive 100 thousand rubles each.

The Smart.Case nomination is based on tested practices and initiatives, they have already improved people's lives, solved urgent problems, these practices can be distributed in other regions. The prize for the first place - 300 thousand rubles, for the second - 200 thousand rubles, for the third - 100 thousand rubles.

The Smart.Global nomination is aimed at finding effective solutions implemented in other countries, but no less relevant for Russia. The prize for the first place - 300 thousand rubles, for the second - 200 thousand rubles, for the third - 100 thousand rubles.

The winners in another nomination - “Smart Recognition” - will be selected by the results of voting by users of the Smarteka platform, there will be three of them, all of them will receive 100 thousand rubles each.

In addition to financial support, ASI will provide expert and organizational assistance to all winners. The agency will also promote and accompany practices that can be disseminated as finished projects with a systemic effect for the region or country as a whole.

Let us recall that last year Tatarstan became the leader of the regional stage of the All-Russian contest of ASI best practices, in total 80 decisions were submitted from the republic.
