The results of the Republican contest “Best Territorial Public Self-Government of the Year in the Republic of Tatarstan” have been summed up

Today a meeting of the Commission on summing up the results of the republican contest “Best Territorial Public Self-Government of the Year in the RT” took place at the Association “Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Economy Natalia Kondratova.

The contest is held for the fifth year, helping to increase the efficiency of territorial public self-government, as well as to stimulate business and social activity of citizens in their own initiatives to address local issues.

The prize fund of the competition consisted of 120 grants totaling 50 million rubles. The results of the contest were summarized in three groups of municipalities. Thus, 42 grants were won among urban districts, 42 grants among cities with a population of over 60 thousand, 36 grants - among urban settlements with a population of less than 60 thousand and rural settlements.

The winners of the contest “Best Territorial Public Self-Government of the Year in RT” will be published in the short term.
