The Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) forms regional expert groups to support projects on key topics in education, entrepreneurship, spatial development and the social sphere. Acceptance of applications for participation in the open selection will last until February 24, and the evaluation of candidates will end on February 28, 2020.
Successfully selected experts will study and replicate the best practices of socio-economic development, formulate proposals to improve the regulatory environment, overcome administrative and regulatory barriers, and evaluate the implementation of ASI initiatives and projects in the regions.
Expert groups will appear in all regions of the country in four areas, including 16 topics:

• “Social Entrepreneurship and Socially Oriented NPOs”;
• “Corporate Social Responsibility and Philanthropy”;
• “Volunteering”;
• “Humane Treatment of Animals”;
• “Leadership Development”.

• “Entrepreneurship”;
• “Industry”;
• “Digital economy”.
“Spatial Development”
• “Urban Development”;
• “Tourism”.
“Education and Personnel”
• “Staffing for Industrial Growth”;
• “General and Additional Education”;
• “New Technologies in Higher Education”.
The composition of the expert groups will be formed from three sources:
• on proposal of the head of the highest executive authority of the region;
• at suggestion of non-profit organizations and public associations, industry professional associations, scientific and educational institutions, research centers, development institutions and other organizations;
• based on the results of an open selection of independent experts on the Leader-ID platform.
