More than 10 thousand Tatarstan residents took part in a survey on the effectiveness of local government

The results of survey on effectiveness of the activities of the heads of local governments and organizations providing services to the population for 2019 are summed up. 10.6 thousand people from all municipalities of the republic took part in it. The vast majority of respondents have been living in Tatarstan for more than 10 years (84.7%).

Women took an active part in the survey (81.4%).

Among the age groups, the largest number of respondents is middle-aged (58.5%) and youth (39.3%). 70.2% of survey participants have higher education.

The residents of Apastovskiy (90.9%), Buinskiy (78.8%) and Cheremshanskiy districts (76.5%) are most satisfied with transport services. And residents of Sabinskiy (93.2%), Kaibitskiy (91.8%) and Drozhzhanovskiy (86%) districts - with condition of the roads. In Tatarstan, the average indicators for these criteria are 53.9% and 59.5.

Satisfaction with the quality of electricity on average in the republic amounted to 89.2%, gas supply - 94% and heat supply - 78.3%. High indicators in electricity quality are in Muslumovskiy (100%), in gas supply quality – in Drozhzhanovskiy (99.1%), and heat supply quality - Aksubayevskiy (100%) districts.

The average republican indicator of satisfaction with the quality of water supply amounted to 72.4%, and the quality of water disposal - 76.9%. The highest indicators are in Sabinskiy district (92.3% - by the quality of water supply and 94.4% - by the quality of water disposal).

We remind you that on January 1, a survey on effectiveness of local government in 2020 was launched on the Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The survey is anonymous, and its results will be used exclusively in a generalized form to develop proposals to improve the efficiency of local government.
