Tatarstan reached the final of the All-Russian contest of the best practices of ASI with the best solutions for business

The Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) has determined the list of finalists of the All-Russian contest of best socio-economic practices for development of entities. In total, it received 1,452 applications from 80 regions of the country, which were distributed in eight main nominations: “Construction and Housing and Communal Services”, “Urban Development and Infrastructure”, “Ecology and the Economy of Nature”, “Tourism and Culture”, “Business Support and Export Development”, “Social Well-being’, “Science and Education”, “Digital Development”.

Four projects from the Republic of Tatarstan reached the final. Two of them are aimed at development of entrepreneurship in the republic and are implemented with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. This is the “Proverennyi Biznes (Verified Business)” Internet resource aimed at reducing administrative pressure and violations in the sphere of control and supervisory activities, and the Tatarstan Unified Credit Center of the Guarantee Fund (ECC), which helps entrepreneurs find the best loan product, collect a full package of documents and send an application to bank. Projects reached the finals in the categories “Digital Development” and “Business Support and Export Development”, respectively.

In nomination “Ecology and Leaning for Nature”, environmental activities were carried out at the expense of local budgets in the amount of revenues from environmental payments and taxes in the field of environmental protection. In the nomination “Social Well-being”, the project “We Can Together” from Tatarstan was presented. The project allows creating favorable conditions for handicapped children and children with disabilities for their everyday, labor and physical education, obtaining knowledge and skills, as well as vocational guidance.

In addition to the Republic of Tatarstan, applications for participation in the final came from Belgorod, Vologda, Kaluga, Kursk, Moscow, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Penza, Samara, Saratov, Tver, Yaroslavl regions, Bashkiria, Karelia, Mari El, as well as Moscow and Krasnodar Region.

Summing up and awarding will take place at the Russian Investment Forum Sochi-2020, which will be held on February 12-14. Winning practices will be placed on Smartek, a digital platform for the exchange of effective regional practices in the field of socio-economic development.
