Applications for the first wave of the “Social Entrepreneur 2020” contest will last until February 28

The contest “Social Entrepreneur” is the key mechanism of the “Our Future” Fund for selection of projects that receive financial support in the form of interest-free loans from 2 to 40 million rubles with possibility of deferred payments. Over the 12 years of the Fund’s existence, 254 projects from 58 regions of Russia were supported for a total of 653.2 million rubles. In 2019, 3 projects from the Republic of Tatarstan attracted more than 6 million rubles.

Entrepreneurs supported by the Fund are reviving old industries, providing work for disabled and elderly people, opening kindergartens and medical centers, and recycling waste.

Applications for the competition are accepted all year round, and winners are determined twice a year - in summer and autumn. This year, the acceptance of applications for the first wave of the competition will last until February 28. Applications of entrepreneurs received after this date will be considered in the next period.

Entrepreneurs and NPOs applying for funding this summer must submit their applications by February 28, inclusive, no later than 6:00 pm Moscow time.
