You can now apply to the Unified lending center (ECC) of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan on the portal фасттрек.рф. The list of available services remains the same: online UHR will help small and medium-sized businesses to choose the best loan product, collect a full package of documents and submit a properly executed application to one of the 43 banks, microfinance and leasing companies.

The unified lending center was opened in September 2018 on the basis of the Guarantee Fund. To date, UHR specialists have already provided advice to 840 small and medium-sized businesses, 313 applications for financial support were sent to Tatarstan banks, which helped entrepreneurs to attract loans of almost 1.9 billion rubles.

With the connection of the UHR to the FASTTRACK digital platform, its services became even more accessible. The first applications for the selection of a credit product with the help of a new online service have already been submitted by two companies operating in the field of cargo transportation and advanced computer technologies. The status of their consideration of their applications, applicants can now track remotely through personal offices. Thus, the face-to-face interaction of UHR clients with its employees is minimized. This saves time for both parties and eliminates the risk of loss of personal data due to the human factor.
