Defense of diploma projects within the framework of the presidential program took place

On November 16, 2019, Kazan State medical University (GMU) hosted the defense of diploma projects of graduates of the Presidential program of training of management personnel for the organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation in the direction of "Management in health care" Type A.

Twelve graduates, who are senior and middle managers of public and private health care organizations, presented project works on topical areas in the development of the health care system of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The composition of the State attestation Commission included: acting rector of Kazan state medical University, Professor A.S. Sozinov, Deputy Minister of economy of the RT A.D. Shamsiev, Deputy Minister of health of Tatarstan I.R. Fatihov, program Manager, acting Vice-rector for regional development of health, Professor A. V. Shulaev, Professor of the Higher school of Economics of KFU I. A. Kirshin, heads and representatives of senior management of medical organizations of the Republic.

We remind you that the presidential program has been implemented in the Republic for more than 20 years, during which time 2600 managers have been trained in general. Within the framework of the presidential program, the Kazan state medical University implements professional retraining of heads of health care organizations in the direction of "Management in health care", focused on the development of projects. It provides highly qualified professional retraining of managers within the group of specialties and directions "Economics and management".

Training under this programme is implemented on the basis of specially developed training courses aimed at training managerial personnel in healthcare modern technology management to ensure the effective implementation of healthcare reforms in the public sector, translation agencies to work on government job, and the modernization of the social sphere, directed on increase of availability and quality of medical services to the population.
