2 more industrial sites appeared in Tatarstan

In Agryzsky district of the Republic the industrial site "Village Dobrolyubovo", and in Menzelinsky – "Industrial Zone - Menzelinsk"i s created.

The Ministry of economy of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Commission on accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and medium enterprises. Following the meeting, the Commission decided to accredit six industrial sites. Four previously operating were re-credited. Two more received the status of accredited sites for the first time.

So, in Agryzsky municipal area, in the territory of the former dairy plant in 2,5 hectares the industrial site "Village Dobrolyubovo" specializing in production of various types of agricultural products and consumer goods is created. To date, it has 2 residents. Company for the production of dairy products LLC "Elis" and the producer of animal feed and feed additives, LLC "Dobrolyubovo".

The activity of the new industrial site in Menzelinsky district is aimed at the development of enterprises for the production of furniture. Residents of the new "Industrial Zone-Menzelinsk" with an area of 3.01 hectares were 3 companies that produce children's furniture: IE Taratina Y. R., IE Kireev Y. V. , LLC "Futuka". More than 140 jobs have been created on the territory of these two sites.

"New industrial sites are regularly accredited in Tatarstan, and new districts of the Republic are opened in their territories. This suggests that an accessible business environment and conditions for the development of entrepreneurship are equally created everywhere, and not concentrated around the economies of large cities. This is the course that we will follow on, helping to equip accredited industrial parks and industrial platforms of municipal, road and engineering infrastructure, – said the Minister of economy of RT Farid Abdulganiev. -  Support programs are available to residents of these territories, in particular, subsidies in the amount of up to 10 million rubles for the payment of interest on loans attracted for the construction or reconstruction of engineering communications, production facilities, for the purchase of new equipment."

Taking into account the new industrial zones, there are 93 accredited infrastructure facilities in Tatarstan – 17 industrial parks and 76 sites. Their residents created more than 27 thousand jobs.

Also in some areas, by decision of the Executive committees, the land tax may be reduced or abolished for residents. For lands of municipal property on which the industrial platform or industrial industrial park is located, by the decision of executive committee the rent can be reduced or cancelled.

Applications for accreditation continue until November 30.
