The Agency for strategic initiatives began accepting applications from residents of the Republic who are ready to become authorized public representatives and develop the Agency's services in the field of urban infrastructure, education and social support.
Through the representative network in the regions, the Agency for strategic initiatives (ASI) plans to develop its ecosystem and popularize its own services. Public representatives will work in each direction implemented by ASI – "Entrepreneurship and technology", "Social projects", "Education and personnel", "Urban development".
"Tatarstan has already hosted many large-scale events of national and international level, the preparation and conduct of which were highly appreciated, including thanks to public initiative and support. Now the residents of the Republic have an opportunity to become real leaders of the region and influence the vectors of its economic and social development, " Minister of economy of RT Farid Abdulganiev said.
Public representatives will be delegated the authority not only to represent the Agency in the regions in key areas of work, but also to form partnerships, interact with communities, coordinate expert activities and implement initiatives on the tasks of the Agency at the regional level.
In particular, public representatives will work with partner universities. The centers of interaction will be "Boiling Points", which are now actively opened in the regions. Applications for participation in the selection are accepted on the Leader-ID platform.
The selection takes place in three stages:
The first-online submission of applications – will last until November 10, applicants need to prepare an essay on the strategy of their personal and professional development, as well as a video presentation.
The second stage will assess the ability of networking and opportunities for participants to work with communities, as well as the organization of activities online and offline. It consists of two steps:
"Face-to-face regional activity – - in the period from 14 to 24 November, the selection participants will have to hold open events at the ASI infrastructure sites with a presentation of their strategy.
"Online activity" - from November 14 to December 20, experts will assess the digital footprint of participants. There will also be an online vote for each of the contenders until December 20.
The third, final stage, will be held from 5 to 10 December in the form of a business game. Participants will have to find solutions to the real challenges facing ASI in working with the Agency's projects and initiatives, community development, involvement of leaders and interaction with the participants of the Agency's ecosystem.
