The forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan was considered by the deputies of the Committee on budget, taxes and finance.
Consideration of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the years 2020-2024 and the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On budget of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2020 and for the planning period of 2021 and 2022" has finished today in the framework of the meetings of the committees of the State Council. The final discussion was held in the profile Committee on budget, taxes and Finance. On October 23, the forecast and the draft budget of the Republic will be considered at the meeting of the State Council of Tatarstan.
Tatarstan economy Minister Farid Abdulganiev stressed in his report that the forecast is based on the scenario conditions recommended by the Ministry of economic development for the regions of the Russian economy, and also takes into account plans for the implementation of national projects, data from sectoral ministries, forecasts for the development of municipalities and leading enterprises.
"In General, it corresponds to the basic scenario of the 2030 Strategy, according to which the gross regional product in 2030 should exceed 5 trillion rubles," the Minister said.
In the forecast period, the economy of Tatarstan will show growth in the range of 102-103. 3%. The index of industrial production in 2020-2024 is projected at the level of 101.3-103.8%.
According to the sectoral state program, the annual growth rate of agricultural products is provided at the level of 101.9%.
Taking into account the increase in the volume of housing and infrastructure construction within the framework of national projects, a gradual increase in the volume of contract works is projected – the growth rate in the forecast period will be 100.2-103.5%.
The growth rate of retail trade turnover is projected at 101-102. 5%. Real wages are expected to rise throughout the forecast period based on productivity growth. The share of unemployed in the labor force will not exceed 0.65%.
