Tatarstan and Novosibirsk region to exchange experience in innovation development
Today the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the Minister of economy Farid Abdulganiev visited the leading innovation centers of Novosibirsk region - Biotechnopark in Koltsovo science city and Technopark in Novosibirsk Akademgorodok.
Tatarstan delegation was accompanied by acting Minister of economic development of Novosibirsk region Lev Reshetnikov.
For the Novosibirsk region, the formation of industrial parks and technoparks is a priority direction of investment policy. In 2016, the concept of park policy of the Novosibirsk region was approved, which reflects the relationship of park and cluster policy. Examples of this successful combination are Biotech and Academpark.
The first point of visit of the delegation of Tatarstan was the science and technology park in the field of biotechnology in the science city of Koltsovo. General Director of JSC MC "Biotechnopark" Alexander Ivanov conducted a tour to it.
He spoke about new innovative projects, which are engaged in by the residents of the Biotechnopark: the development projects of biological means of plant protection, projects for the development and implementation of technology production of enzymes for cheese-making, technologies of production of microencapsulated forms of vitamins for animal feed, drugs predacious fungi for use as pesticides in agriculture.
The next point of the visit was a visit to Novosibirsk Akademgorodok - one of the most important scientific and educational centers of Russia.
Today, the campus is home to dozens of research institutes, the Presidium of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SB RAS), Novosibirsk state University, and the school of physics and mathematics.
Tatarstan delegation visited technopark in Akademgorodok. Vladimir Nikonov, General director of "Technopark of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok", conducted a tour in it.
Today, the technopark has already reached self-sufficiency and provides all the necessary infrastructure for the full cycle of business development from start-up and acceleration to attracting investors and entering the market.
"The purpose of the visit of the delegation is to strengthen cooperation between Tatarstan and Novosibirsk companies, search for new opportunities for cooperation, — said the Minister of economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev. Tatarstan also has a unique experience in the development of innovative infrastructure, which we are ready to share with our colleagues".
