From 3 to 6 September 2019, Vladivostok hosts the V Eastern economic forum. One of the key themes of the EEF was the development of investment attractiveness of the region.
The business program included a session of ANO "Agency for strategic initiatives": "Investment attractiveness of the regions of the far Eastern federal district". Minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev took part in it.
"Exchange of experience, including between regions, is an important component of accelerated development. Such major business events as the Eastern economic forum contribute to direct dialogue and the search for common successful solutions to our main task of developing the economy of the region and the country as a whole", highlighted the minister of economy Farid Abdulganiev.
The participants of the meeting discussed the formation of a favorable business environment and the removal of administrative barriers, financial and property support for SMEs, the problem of lack of qualified personnel.
Shall we recall, that at the end of 2018, Tatarstan was recognized as the best among the regions on the basis of the National rating of the investment climate in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The national rating evaluates the efforts of regional authorities to create a favorable business environment and identifies best practices. The assessment is carried out on 44 indicators and in 4 directions: regulatory environment, institutions for business, infrastructure and resources, small business support. At the same time, Tatarstan is among the three leaders of The national rating of the investment climate in the subjects of the Russian Federation for the 5th year in a row. In particular, the Republic occupied the first line of the rating three times.
Today, in order to develop investment attractiveness in the republic, a number of successful practices are being implemented, which have already been recommended for scaling and implementation in other regions.
