Pestrechinsky district will compete for the victory in the nomination "Best municipal strategy"

Pestrechinsky municipal district has applied for a federal competition of municipal strategies.

The results will be summed up at the solemn ceremony on October 28 in St. Petersburg in the framework of the all-Russian forum "Strategic planning in the regions and cities of Russia: national goals and effects for territories".

Three years in a row municipal strategies of the Republic of Tatarstan are recognized at the Federal level, taking prizes in competitions.

In 2016, the prize-winning places in the competition of municipal strategies were taken by the strategies of Chistopol and Mendeleev municipal districts and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. In 2017, the first place in the competition "Strategies that changed the city" was awarded to Chistopol municipal district, Kazan in the same year took first place in the "Competition of urban strategies — 2017". In 2018, Almetyevsk municipal district won the nomination "Smart strategy – smart city", and the strategy of Nizhnekamsk municipal district took the 3rd place among the subjects of the Russian Federation.

The strategists forum has been held annually in St. Petersburg since 2002 and has become the main platform for discussing methods and mechanisms of strategic planning and constructive discussion on the most important and pressing issues of implementing strategies and complex projects for the development of cities and regions of the Russian Federation.

Every year more than 1000 participants take part in the strategists forum: representatives of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Federal ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, regional administrations and legislative assemblies, municipalities, representatives of business, scientific and expert communities, public organizations, foreign countries and the media.
