Lack of personnel and sales channels: entrepreneurs from Alekseevsk and Laishevsk districts outlined the main problems of growth

The main problems of business development were discussed in Alekseevsk and Laishevsk districts. An open dialogue in the expert circle took place within the framework of the visiting balance commissions with the participation of the Minister of economy Farid Abdulganiev.

"During the year of its existence, the balance commissions have confirmed their effectiveness. They help us to identify those pain points that can turn into a systemic problem and solve them at an early stage. This is an effective way of direct feedback from the business, which gives a clear result, first of all, the result for each individual entrepreneur who develops business in his area," Minister of economy Farid Abdulganiev said.

The discussion of problems of development of small and medium-sized business districts was held with the participation of experts of the Ministry of economy, entrepreneurship support Fund, the Federal tax service, representatives of the Commissioner under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Agency of public procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of agriculture.

During the work of the Commission, the participants discussed what to do when blocking a Bank account by the decision of the tax authority, how to avoid problems during inspections of Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being  and the Ministry of Emergency Situations and where to find answers to other questions on business supervision.

Entrepreneurs have been reminded that the solution of all issues arising from business control oversight activities in Tatarstan created the online resource "Verified business". More than 40 thousand entrepreneurs took advantage of the practically useful information offered at it.

The participants also learned about the possibilities of obtaining financial, consulting and educational support, received answers to questions about the establishment of agricultural cooperatives.

According to Rinat Mamayev, Deputy Director of SBI competence Center for the development of agricultural cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan, cooperative partnership for rural entrepreneurs is the most important.

"Agricultural entrepreneurship is a combination of multi-operational business processes. One person sometimes has to combine the profession of agronomist, breeder, marketer. In order for farmers to have an idea and the fear of this form of partnership to disappear, we offer subscription support and model certain inter-farm relationships. We show the work of the model of such partnership at the round tables. Farms that are part of cooperative partnerships can become applicants for various grant programs-from Republican to support within the framework of national projects. Everyone is interested in ready-made standard solutions, and we try to provide cooperatives not only with monetary support, but also to offer a fully developed package solution," Rinat Mamayev said. 

One of the main problems voiced during a visit to the company in Alekseevsk, LLC "Mostovik" was the lack of personnel. Today to work for the company, according to its leadership specialists come from Tyulyachi and Zainsk district. There are not enough electric and gas welders and installers.

A possible solution to the issue has been identified: organization of training in the local college, where these professions are not present yet.

During the visit to the production of timber "Krona" were announced two other problems: lack of sales channels and problems with ordering raw materials.

To find customers and suppliers, the entrepreneur was recommended to use the system of support for products of local producers, which currently includes entrepreneurs from all regions of the country. More than 1000 trades were held in the System during the month. More than 180 enterprises and more than 1000 product names are registered on the resource platform today, which allows searching for both new suppliers and additional sales channels within the Republic.

In Laishevsk district, the Commission has acquainted with the work of the plant for the production of led lamps – "FEREKS", manufacturer of planters and accessories - "KhaRaSha", visited Laishevsky nutrition, freshwater fish family farm Batyrshin, the company "Tulpar Aero Group" Kazanskiy Zhirovoy Kombinat, Kazanskiy MEZ.

Familiarity with the work of enterprises of the districts allows to identify potential investment niches, maintain close contact with the business community and find further trajectories of development of the Republic as a whole.
