Rural entrepreneurs of Tatarstan received almost 150 million rubles

Preferential loans for 149.8 million rubles have been provided since the beginning of the year under the program "Entrepreneurship in rural areas", specially developed by the guarantee Fund subordinated to the Ministry of economy of the Republic.

The program was launched in may 2018. Until the end of last year, the Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan issued guarantees in the amount of 1.4 million rubles. The total amount of attracted loans amounted to 33.6 million rubles.

The popularity of the program is gaining momentum – for 7 months of this year, banks issued preferential loans totaling 149.8 million rubles, for which the Fund acted as a guarantor for the amount of 44.6 million rubles.

Minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid abdulganiev noted: "Rural entrepreneurs – this is the category of business that requires special attention, and we try to provide it with full assistance. For this preferential we specially designed a warranty product. At the same time, we do not limit ourselves to financial support, but also help to master the work on the "exchange platform", provide advice, including on issues of control and supervisory activities, in accordance with the new tax regime."

Recall that under the program "Entrepreneurship in rural areas" the amount of guarantee is 5 million rubles.  The guarantee Fund acts as a guarantor up to 70 % of the loan amount, at least 30% the borrower provides with its own collateral. Commission for guarantee is 0.5% per annum.
