Tatarstan will gather best practices to implement national projects

Tatarstan authorities are developing a new platform for the exchange of successful experience. About the project directed on improvement of indicators in the implementation of national projects, said the head of the Agency for strategic initiatives and heads of regions of Volga federal district in the framework of the first strategic session dedicated to implementation of system initiatives ASI – "Smartek" smart solutions library".

Proposed by Tatarstan, a unique tool will be the first practical experience in implementing the main idea of Federal "Smartek", aimed at sharing successful practices. The first release of the platform is scheduled for September 2019.

Today, August 6, 2019, in the space of the collective work the "Boiling Point Kazan" was the first strategic session, on the implementation of the system initiative of the Agency for strategic initiatives ""Smartek" smart solutions library".

Tatarstan will be the first subject of the Russian Federation, where they will discuss the implementation of systemic initiatives ASI - "Smartek" smart solutions library" - a project designed to accumulate the best practices from all over Russia for effective sharing between regions. During the session, the participants presented a new unique project being developed by the Ministry of economy of Tatarstan as a part of this work at the regional level.

"The key reference point for all regions were the annual results of the National rating conducted by the Agency for strategic initiatives. Thanks to it, the regions see their strengths and weaknesses, learn from each other and implement best practices. We actively use this opportunity and carefully study the best practices, and are always happy to share their best practices that can help in the development of other regions. In particular, today we are creating a resource for replication of the best practices of our municipalities," Minnikhanov said.

"The growth potential of the regions is concentrated in the exchange of best practices . Russian President paid special attention to this issue in the framework of SPIEF 2019. In this work, the key role is played by ASI, which provides invaluable support to the regions in improving the business climate and increasing the investment potential," Tatarstan Minister of economy Farid Abdulganiev said.

As said the Minister of economy of RT, the competition of the best practices will help to improve the efficiency of the administrative apparatus of the Republic of Tatarstan, to increase the investment attractiveness and enhance the welfare of the population through the exchange of successful experiences within the country. The tool will bring practical benefits to those who are willing to learn from the experience and share the accumulated useful practices.

The tool is a digital platform for publishing entrepreneurial and administrative best practices. All practices will be divided geographically and by areas of their application, which will help users of the platform to easily navigate when searching for the necessary information, as well as to see the most active territories and their chapters. Access to data through the online system will allow to optimize the time and efforts of all stakeholders, reducing the time to find new solutions for the development of territories.  Each practice will be moderated and peer reviewed before publication and will be able to be included in the "Golden hundred of Tatarstan" and become a part of successful practices of Federal importance.

"Smartek" smart solutions library" is a system initiative, developed by ANO "Agency for Strategic initiatives". It uses the results of all directions of ASI with the potential of replication in the regions and activates regional management teams and leadership communities. The purpose of Smartek is to reveal the potential of the experience gained by the regions through the replication of innovative socio-economic solutions. It is planned that the Smartek will include an online platform and regular workshops for exchange of experience for regions (sectors/themes).  

Competition of the best practices of Tatarstan - a unique practical tool for the development of the region, developed by the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is aimed at the exchange of successful experience gained in each region of the Republic, to accelerate the socio-economic development of the Republic. Accumulates practical successful experience of entrepreneurs and heads of districts. The activity of participants in the system, as well as the most popular areas of implementation of successful practices are determined by automatic rating. The main purpose of the work is to improve the welfare of the population through the exchange of successful development experience. The first release of the platform is scheduled for September 2019.
