52.1 billion rubles, including 34.1 billion rubles from the Federal budget and 18 billion rubles from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, will be allocated for the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan in the period of 2019-2021.
Earlier, within the framework of agreements with the Federal center, Tatarstan planned to allocate 10.6 billion rubles for the implementation of national projects from the regional budget in 2019-2021.
"It was decided to increase the co-financing of national projects by 7.4 billion rubles. Additional funds will be allocated for the implementation of national projects "Demography" and "Health", said the Minister of economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev. Our task is to ensure the maximum effect from the implementation of national projects, and additional funding within these national projects will allow us to increase the level of social well-being of Tatarstan citizens."
Additional funding from the national budget in 2019 will amount to 2.4 billion rubles: 1.3 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the regional project "Financial support for families at the birth of children", 260 million rubles – for the regional project "Development of the primary health care system", 114.7 million rubles – for "Provision of health care organizations with qualified personnel", 105.9 million rubles – for the financing of the regional project "Older generation".
The Republic of Tatarstan participates in 49 Federal projects. To date, Tatarstan has signed 43 agreements with the Federal center on the implementation of regional projects and signed 37 agreements on the provision of subsidies and other inter-budget transfers from the Federal budget.
