10 million rubles were given to agricultural enterprise in Yelabuga region

The Guarantee Fund subordinated to the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan acted as the guarantor of agrofirm "New Yurash". Agricultural enterprise of Elabuga region received 10 million rubles for preparation for sowing.

The agricultural firm is engaged in production, realization and cultivation of grain, leguminous and industrial crops. Credit funds under the program "Entrepreneurship in rural areas" were received for preparation for sowing works in 2020.

The guarantee Fund acted as a guarantor for 5 million, borrowed funds were allocated by PJSC "AK BARS" Bank.

According to the Director of the enterprise Khalil Sabirzyanov, the allocated money is a great help: "90% of the received amount will go to fuel and lubricants, the remaining – to plant protection products. We start preparing for sowing in autumn: we buy mineral fertilizers and seeds. However, fuel consumption for sowing and harvesting is huge. Therefore, the money we take helps us a lot. After all, to obtain large harvests, everything must be done on time, and when sowing begins, the company's revenue is usually not enough by this time, and we take a loan to do everything," he explained.

As noted earlier, the Minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev, at the moment the amount of total support for rural entrepreneurs on the national SME project for 2019-2021 is more than 1.097 billion rubles. Of these, the Republic will receive 418.8 million rubles in 2019, more than 327 million rubles pledged for 2020 and 351 million rubles - for 2021.

We remind that "Entrepreneurship in rural areas" is a preferential program of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.  Its participants are rural entrepreneurs. The maximum amount of guarantee is 5 million rubles.  The guarantee Fund acts as a guarantor up to 70 % of the loan amount.

In the first half of 2019, according to the Director of the non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" by Timur Temirgaliyev, 20 sureties worth about 30 million rubles were issued under this program. The total loan amount of rural entrepreneurs amounted to 130 million rubles.

In addition, today in Tatarstan rural entrepreneurs have access to such types of financial support as grants and subsidies for reimbursement of costs for the purchase of agricultural products.

All small and medium-sized businesses engaged in rural areas can count on state support.
