Competition for the best practices and initiatives in social and economic development

July 15, 2019, applications for the all-Russian competition of best practices and initiatives of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation were opened.

The competition is held in order to solve socio-economic problems in the territory of the Russian Federation through the identification, selection, description and replication of successful practices and initiatives of socio-economic development.

Participants of the Competition may be representatives of the Executive authority of the Russian Federation, local government, state or municipal institutions, enterprises with the participation of the Russian Federation or municipality.

The practice submitted as part of the application should be implemented in the territory of the Russian Federation in 2018.

There are 8 nominations in the competition: "construction and housing and communal services", "urban development and infrastructure", "ecology and conscious attitude to nature", "tourism and culture", "business support and export development", "social welfare", "science and education", "digital development".

Applications will be accepted from July 15 to August 31, 2019 at the link: https://konkurs.smarteka.org/.

Applications should be filled in in accordance with Annex 3 of the Guidelines available here: https://asi.ru/investclimate/practices_sed/#docs  (video instruction on submitting and filling out applications hosted on the crowd-the platform in the appropriate section).

The competition will be held in six stages:

Stage 1: July 15 – August 31 – regional stage of the Competition in the regions of the Russian Federation, placement of practices on the crowd platform, public elections;

Stage 2: September 1 - September 30 – evaluation by the regional competition Commission, preliminary examination (pre-moderation) of the competition coordinator;

Stage 3: October 1 – October 31 – voting in the regions of the Russian Federation on the crowd platform;

Stage 4: November 1 - December 15 – consideration and expert examination of the jury of the Competition of projects that passed the vote of the regions of the Russian Federation on the crowd platform, the definition of the finalists and preparation of proposals for the Board of Trustees of the Competition.

Stage 5: December 15 – January 25 – determination of the winners by the Board of Trustees;

Stage 6: awarding of the winners of the Competition within the Russian investment forum (city of Sochi).
