Deputy Minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin spoke at the parliamentary hearings on the progress of solving the economic problems set by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2018.

In his speech, the Deputy Minister noted that the strategy 2030, developed in Tatarstan, was synchronized with the implementation of national projects.

"Despite the fact that clarifications have been made in almost every section of the Strategy, its main priorities and strategic goals have remained unchanged,  said Oleg Pelevin. The changes are aimed to ensure the synchronization with the implementation of national projects. At the same time, the national projects themselves are divided in three directions: human resource, comfortable living environment and economic growth. These three priorities laid the basis of the Strategy-2030 back in 2015".

The changes to the Strategy have been  prepared through a multipartite dialogue involving a wide range of related parties living and working in Tatarstan.  There has been created a special website i.tatarstan2030.ru on which every resident of the country could leave its strategic initiative proposal. Since its launch, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov received more than 3.5 thousand initiative proposals. Most of the questions put forward by the citizens have been taken into account.

On Tuesday the Chairman of Committee of Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for economic policy Andrey Kutepov  held parliamentary hearings "On the solution of economic tasks determined by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of may 7, 2018 No. 204 "On the national goals and strategic objectives development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024". The event was attended by the Deputy Chairmen of the Federation Council, the representatives of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation, federal and regional authorities and the expert community.
