Today, the Monitoring Group for implementation of national projects visited a private industrial park under the management of Tasma-Invest-Torg OOO, located on the territory of Khimgrad Technopolis.
In 2019-2021, within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium-Sized Business and Entrepreneurial Initiative Support”, it is planned to reconstruct 7 facilities of the third phase of the industrial park, said Minister of Economy of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiyev.
A total of 1.033 billion rubles will be invested in development of the park's infrastructure. Of these, 500 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget, 117.3 million rubles from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, extrabudgetary funds will amount to 415.8 million rubles.
According to Farid Abdulganiyev, in future, 47 residents will appear in the park, which will create more than 400 new jobs. Today, 59 companies with a total workforce of 651 are residents of the park.
At the end of 2018, the volume of marketable products produced by residents of the park amounted to 1.52 billion rubles. The amount of tax deductions to the budgets of all levels for 2018 amounted to 159.9 million rubles.
In order to implement the national project “Small and Medium-Sized Business and Entrepreneurial Initiative Support in the Republic of Tatarstan”, five regional projects were developed and approved. In 2019, 2.4 billion rubles will be allocated to support small and medium-sized businesses as part of the national project.
Taking into account additional funding, the Republic of Tatarstan today ranks first among the regions in terms of the volume of funds raised from the federal budget for the national SME project (1.3 billion rubles).
According to the main indicators of the development of small and medium enterprises (“quantity”, “number”, “turnover”), Tatarstan takes the first place in the Volga Federal District.
Also within the framework of the Group’s work, the participants familiarized themselves with the progress of the national project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support”. The group visited the largest enterprise for the production of vacuum equipment in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries – Vacuummash AO, as well as the company Eidos-Medicine, specializing in development and production of high-tech medical simulators.
