The control group of the Presidium of the “United Russia” General Council over execution of national projects arrived in Kazan
The Group on Monitoring the Implementation of National Projects began its visit to Kazan with an orientation meeting at the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of the Minister of Economy Farid Abdulganiyev.
The Minister informed in detail about the implementation of 12 national projects in the republic, noting that the group members will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with them during the inspection of facilities scheduled for the visit.
“Tatarstan has committed itself to the implementation of 49 regional projects affecting the priority sectors of the economy and social sphere. They set targets and results that we should achieve by 2024”, said Farid Abdulganiyev.
Today 43 out of 49 agreements with the federal center on achievement of target indicators have been concluded, organizational issues at the federal level are being resolved for the remaining 6 agreements.
In order to implement national projects in Tatarstan, 36 agreements have been concluded for the provision of subsidies and other intergovernmental transfers from the federal budget.
To date, as part of the implementation of measures of national projects, 192 state contracts have already been signed for a total of 8.1 billion rubles.
In general, in 2019, 21.4 billion rubles will be allocated to the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan, including 16.8 billion rubles from the federal budget and 4.6 billion rubles from the regional budget.
In the first three years, 44.7 billion rubles will be allocated to implementation of national projects in Tatarstan, including 34.1 billion rubles from the federal budget and 10.6 billion rubles from the national budget.
Members of the group for monitoring the implementation of national projects will visit today City Polyclinic No. 21, Consultative Polyclinic No. 1 of the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital, a new school for 1,224 places in R. Gareyev street and a kindergarten for 220 places, the residential complex Vesna, Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov, Kazan State Young Spectator Theater, Belo-Bezvodnensky Library of Zelenodolskiy municipal district, silt fields of Privolzhskiy district of Kazan, Stolbishchenskiy District Forestry, VAKUUMMASH AO, Eidos Meditsina, Technopolis Khimgrad and Innopolis.
At the end of the visit, a videoconference meeting with the party activists is scheduled.
