A guide on international protocol and business etiquette has been developed for exporters of Tatarstan

The manual - navigator of business etiquette for exporters of the Republic of Tatarstan was developed by the Office of the President of the Republic.

It will also be useful for those who are engaged in development of international and foreign economic activities, including entrepreneurs planning to export.

The authors make recommendations on working in the markets of the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Iran, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with which the Republic of Tatarstan has established long-standing partnerships. The list of countries will be expanded.

In the manual, you can learn about the options for greeting and addressing, acceptable topics for communication, rules of negotiation, verbal and non-verbal means of communication.
