Balance commissions passed in a new format for the first time
On June 6, in Nurlatskiy and Cheremshanskiy municipal districts, Meetings of the Republican Balance Commission under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Sibgatullin, were held for the first time in a new format.
The new format involves a detour of enterprises in the districts and the holding of five round tables devoted to the registration of self-employed, work on the Exchange platform, measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, control and supervisory activities and development of agricultural cooperation.
The businessmen of the regions were interested in the new format: round tables gathered more than 200 participants.
The round table discussion on support measures was moderated by Aidar Salikhov, General Director of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with Marat Khairutdinov, Head of the Tatarstan Export Support Center, and Askhat Sibgatullin, representative of the Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund. The speakers told about the support measures that will be launched in the near future, and advised entrepreneurs on the existing measures. A plan for further action was worked out with potential exporters of areas.
The main speakers of the round table on self-employed were Yuliya Rainwein, co-founder of the Self-Employed Support Center, Andrei Nikitashin, Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and Irina Atyunkina and Natalya Pavelieva, representatives of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. The round table was attended by potential and already registered self-employed, as well as representatives of the authorities of rural settlements. They asked questions relating to the benefits of the self-employed, interaction with control and supervisory authorities, the work of the self-employed with the Exchange platform, as well as constraints to start work in the new tax regime.
Representatives of the Agency for the State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan told about the Stock Exchange Platform: Maksim Ipatov, Head of the Department of the Exchange Marketplace, Yana Grigorieva, Head of the ETIS Department, and Denis Iskhakov, Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund. They clearly showed the work site and explained the registration process, demonstrating in real time all the functions and capabilities of the resource.
Assistant Rector of Kazan Cooperative University Sirazetdin Nabiyev, Deputy Dean of Kazan Cooperative University Timur Usmanov and representative of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Anastasia Obukhova acted as speakers of the round table on the development of agricultural cooperation. It was attended by members of cooperatives, who shared their experiences and consulted with experts on existing problems, and farmers who wanted to create cooperatives. The speakers spoke about the ideology of creating cooperatives, existing grants and answered questions of participants.
The round table on the work of the supervisory bodies was held by Alfiya Sharafutdinova, Executive Director of the Center for Public Procedures “Business against Corruption”. Issues related to the activities of tax authorities and Rospotrebnadzor were raised. The most frequently question asked among entrepreneurs was the question of using a cash register.
The balance commission in the new format will be held next time in Drozhzhanovskiy and Novosheshminskiy municipal districts.
