Public consultation on draft federal laws

Public consultations on draft federal laws “On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation on Retail Market Activities” and “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and Declaring Legislation on Retail Market Activities” were launched.

The documents were prepared as part of the work to eliminate a number of excessive administrative and other restrictions imposed on the organization and activities of retail markets.
