Young entrepreneurs are awarded in Tatarstan
First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin congratulated the winners of the II Republican Olympiad on entrepreneurship, financial and consumer literacy and opened the graduation project “Factory Children”.
The solemn ceremony was held today in the House of Entrepreneur and gathered more than 60 young businessmen - the winners of the Olympiad and the first graduates of the project “Factory-Children” - 2019.
“I am very glad to be here among you, Rustem Sibgatullin greeted the participants of the event. - Congratulations to all winners of the Olympiad. You have passed a hard selection. Congratulations to the winners of project “Factory Children”. You have demonstrated excellent theoretical knowledge, you will soon have the opportunity to put it into practice”.
The decision to hold a free republican competition on entrepreneurship, financial and consumer literacy was made in December 2018 at the graduation “Entrepreneurship Factory”, which resulted in formation of instructions from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The Olympiad was organized by the Business Enterprise Foundation, the Republican Olympiad Center and the Kazan Innovation Institute with support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. It received 2,817 applications. The selection took place in two stages. In the online stage, from March 28 to April 10, more than 1,300 people took part, who were supposed to demonstrate knowledge in the organization and planning of business activities, business management and consumer competence. 73 schoolchildren from more than 10 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan reached the final. In May, 9 winners in 3 age groups became known.
First place among pupils of 4-6th grades was taken by a pupil of 6th grade of Gymnasium No. 52 of Privolzhskiy district of Kazan, Leila Safina, second place was taken by a pupil of 6th grade of IT Lyceum of KFU Aliya Mingalimova, third place - pupil of 6th grade of “Lyceum No. 2 named after academician K.A. Valiyev of Mamadysh town of Mamadyshskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Liana Lukmanova.
First place among pupils of 7-9th grades was taken by 9th grade pupil of the Humanitarian gymnasium-boarding school for gifted children Rail Ibragimov, second place - pupil of 7th grade of Lyceum No. 9 named after A. S. Pushkin of Zelenodolskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Emil Safin, third place - a pupil of the 7th grade of General Educational Boarding school “Lyceum named after N.I. Lobachevsky” KFU Nikita Polivin.
Among pupils of 10-11th grades, Dilyara Nabiullina, a pupil of 10th grade of Koshchakovskaya secondary school of Pestrechinskiy district, took the first place, Maksim Antonov, pupil of 10th grade of Gymnasium No. 179 of Novo-Savinovskiy district of Kazan, took the second place, third place – a pupil of 11th grade of Lyceum No. 145 of Aviastroitelny district of Kazan, Insaf Latypov.
“Factory-Children” - a course for children and teenagers on entrepreneurship, which was first launched in Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk in 2017. This year more than 200 children studied the basics of entrepreneurship. Now the course is being implemented in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and in several regions of Russia. In the entire history of the project in Tatarstan, 850 children completed the course. This year, 60 children completed entrepreneurship education in Kazan.
