The experience of Tatarstan in intellectual property management is presented in Veliky Novgorod

Deputy Minister of Economy Indira Kireyeva presented the experience of Tatarstan in the field of intellectual property management at the Congress of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISC), which opened yesterday at the site of the Novgorod State University named after Yaroslav the Wise.

The congress is organized by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property together with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

For two days, the congress discusses the issues of stimulating inventive, creative and entrepreneurial activity in the regions, as well as TISC cases in shaping the innovation potential of territories, the formats for TISC interaction with the business community, practical aspects of regional branding, educational trends and new technologies.

On the first day of the congress, Grigory Ivliyev, Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Andrei Nikitin, Governor of the Novgorod Region, and Artem Shadrin, Director of the Strategic Development and Innovation Department of the Ministry of Economic Development, and Andrew Tchaikovsky and others made reports.

The Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Grigory Ivliyev, praised the systemic work of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of intellectual property, noted the active participation of the region in legislative initiatives and creation of an effective network of TISC.

Note that the republican network of TISC covers 22 organizations. For this indicator, the Republic of Tatarstan has retained its leading position among the regions of Russia.
