The Ministry of Economy assessed the development of rural entrepreneurship of Baltasinskiy district
445, 67 million rubles for the development of livestock farms and the economic effect of their creation. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiyev visited Baltasinskiy district.
There are more than 230 small and medium enterprises in Baltasinskiy district today. The share of SMEs in the territorial product is 43 percent - this is one of the best indicators among the regions of the republic.
Livestock is actively developing in the region.
Thus, in particular, over the past few years, with the help of the Ministry of Economy, through the subordinate organization, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, borrowed financing in the amount of 445.67 million rubles has been attracted to the development of two agricultural enterprises of the district. Borrowed funds are directed to the creation of large dairy-livestock complexes: Smail SP and Kyzyl Yul.
“Agriculture has been and remains one of the strategic directions in development of our economy; therefore, we make every effort to support entrepreneurs interested in creating and expanding this area of entrepreneurship. Our farms should be provided with everything necessary not only to preserve, but also to increase their production indicators”, said the Minister of Economy Farid Abdulganiyev.
SP Smail in the area of 2,200 hectares contains more than 2,700 head of cattle. For the creation of a dairy cattle-breeding farm, 108 million rubles of borrowed funds were allocated for 1,100 heads and the purchase of equipment. At the moment, the complex is already operating.
“We started building the farm in 2015 at our own expense, but it was not enough to complete the project on time. We decided to take a loan from the Agricultural Bank. To secure the collateral, we asked for support from the Ministry of Economy, which very quickly responded to the request. It took less than two weeks to address the issue of the necessary documents. Thanks to the guarantee, we received a preferential loan, completed construction and now, instead of 8 thousand liters of milk, we get more than 17 thousand liters per day”, noted the Director of SP Smail, Ilkham Shakirov.
A dairy farm with a milking and dairy unit for 1000 head of cattle will appear at Kyzyl Yul enterprise. Thanks to government support from the Ministry of Economy, the company is implementing a large investment project worth 449.85 million rubles, of which 337.67 million rubles are borrowed funds raised under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund and AO “SMEs Corporation”.
Kyzyl Yul is one of the large agricultural enterprises, which applied to the Guarantee Fund for support. The amount of the loan issued amounted to 337.67 million rubles. For small forms of agricultural enterprises, we have a separate program “Entrepreneurship in countryside”. To date, in 2019, under the program, we have issued 14 guarantees for a total amount of 25.4 million rubles, the amount of attracted loans is 90.3 million rubles”, said Timur Temirgaliyev, Director of the Non-state organization “Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
Let us recall that earlier it became known that in the framework of the National Project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship” of the Republic of Tatarstan, an additional 678 million rubles were allocated. The funds will be used to finance the regional project “Creating a system of support for farmers and development of rural cooperation”. Taking into account this amount, the total amount of support for rural entrepreneurs for 2019-2021 will be more than 1,097 billion rubles. Of these, 418.8 million rubles the republic will receive in 2019, more than 327 million rubles - in 2020 and 351 million rubles - in 2021.
