Astrakhan adopts the experience of Tatarstan in the field of electronic procurement
Astrakhan began to apply the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in introducing electronic trading. The successful practice of Tatarstan was mastered at the conclusion of contracts for the placement of non-stationary shopping facilities.
Employees of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan shared their successful practice with representatives of the Astrakhan Region during the recent visit of the Astrakhan delegation to Tatarstan. According to the results, the specialists of the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan, the operator of the electronic trading platform zakazrf.ru, received an invitation from the Head of Astrakhan Radik Kharisov to Astrakhan, where they held a series of seminars with entrepreneurs and city hall employees.
Local entrepreneurs supported the introduction of an electronic trading system as a more transparent and accessible form of participation in the procedures for obtaining rights to temporary trading places.
“Conducting electronic procedures for distribution of temporary retail outlets is only one of many successful practices shared by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan with Astrakhan colleagues”, said Yakov Geller, Director General of Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan. - In Astrakhan, the use of the Tatarstan Exchange Platform also started for the so-called “small purchases” by state institutions.
With the introduction of the Exchange platform, about 200 Astrakhan entrepreneurs got the opportunity to enter the supply market and take part in 2 thousand “small” procurement procedures for the needs of the city budget. At the same time, before the introduction of the Tatarstan experience, such purchases were carried out according to the method of “stable pairs”: “customer-supplier”.
The experience of Tatarstan on the Exchange site has already been implemented in Dagestan and on Sakhalin. Karelia shows great interest in the Tatarstan experience.
