Kazan will host the finals of the VII National Championship “Young Professionals”

On May 20-24, Kazan will host the final of the VII National Championship “Young Professionals” (Worldskills Russia) 2019. The training of young professionals in terms of competencies “Entrepreneurship” and “Entrepreneurship Juniors” is supervised by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Competitions of the National Championship will be held according to the competencies of six blocks of professions: construction industry, information and communication technologies, creativity and design, production and engineering technologies, the services sector, as well as transport and logistics.

A total of 93 competencies will be presented at the competition site, as well as 23 competences of the Future Skills block. According to 48 competencies, juniors - WorldSkills Russia Juniors participants will compete.

A good result on performances has already been shown by the team of Kamilya Gainullina and Anastasia Tazieva. In November 2017, they first performed in the qualifying stage for the right to participate in the regional championship “Young Professionals” of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the results of participation in the regional championship “Young Professionals” the team took the second place.

Further training was carried out on the basis of State Autonomous Professional Educational Institution “KMBiP” with the involvement of employees of the international company PricewaterhouseCoopers, a business coach, experts certified by the WSR Union for the competence of “Entrepreneurship”.

In April 2018, the team of Kamilya Gainullina and Anastasia Tazieva took part in the qualifying competition for the right to participate in the Final VI National Championship “Young Professionals” (Yaroslavl). According to the results of the performance, the participants entered the top five and received the right to participate in the national championship of professional skill.

In August 2018, the team of the Republic of Tatarstan became the winner of the VI National Championship “Young Professionals” (Worldskills) (Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk). The business project of Kamilya Gainullina and Anastasia Tazieva - the mobile application “Quest Guide” - was recognized as the best.

The girls associated their professional activity with the same sphere. Now Kamilya Gainullina works in the Entrepreneurship Support Center of the Non-profit Organization “Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, and Anastasia Tazieva is employed at the auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers.
