Economic activity of youth will be discussed at the forum in St. Petersburg

On June 8, the International Youth Economic Forum will be held in St. Petersburg. The event will be held in the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

Its participants will be young entrepreneurs and specialists, students of higher and secondary educational institutions, leaders and representatives of public organizations. They will discuss corporate and intercorporate communities of professional youth, economic activity of young people, digitalization, best corporate practices for the development of human capital, the role of young scientist communities in implementation of international scientific and technological projects, and the tourism development strategy of the country.

At the plenary session, participants will consider the best world practices and measures to increase the economic activity of young people, study the issues of the effective inclusion of young people in the space of small and medium-sized businesses.

At the session devoted to the competencies of the future, experts will discuss how it is necessary to revise the idea of ​​human development and the education system in order to prepare a person who will be successful in 2050.

The issues of attracting investments for the projects will be considered by the participants of the business game-model “Russia and the world: creating competitiveness 4.0”. The participants will study the experience of Russia and other countries of the world in attracting investments and developing innovative potential in the conditions of changing technological structure, analyze the opportunities and challenges of international cooperation, develop new ways of interaction with foreign partners in order to develop the country's economy and strengthen foreign economic relations.

Participants of the investment session of the International Youth Economic Forum will present their start-ups to investors. The platform will allow young entrepreneurs to present their projects to the expert council and potential investors.
