To increase the efficiency of development of small and medium-sized business sector, balance commissions are held on a regular basis in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The purpose of commissions is to assess the level of development of small and medium-sized business sector in municipalities and urban districts.
The commissions travel weekly to the districts to the leading enterprises, where they collect information on purchase of raw materials and materials, as well as on sale of finished products (cooperative chains). Following the results of such visits, key problems such as personnel shortage, problems with access to sales markets, the issue of infrastructure development are identified.
For example, in the course of the commission in Laishevskiy district, it was noted that many purchases of enterprises are carried out outside the Republic of Tatarstan. Entrepreneurs were reminded of the convenience of working with the Exchange platform, where you can find local business partners.
A built-in system for monitoring the activities of small and medium-sized businesses became a good practice, noted during the commission in Sabinskiy district. The position of Deputy Head of the Executive Committee on investment development and entrepreneurship support was introduced in the district. In all rural settlements, work is regularly carried out that allows to effectively establish cooperation in the area, localize new businesses around existing enterprises, quickly search for potential customers and suppliers among local enterprises, identify current problems faced by entrepreneurs, and provide them with the necessary support in a timely manner.
Problems are also determined. So within the framework of the balance committee of the Zelenodolskiy district, the needs of enterprises in obtaining microloans were identified. Work with these enterprises is already underway, assistance in preparation of documents for provision of financial support is provided.
