New metalworking center was opened in Chelny

Resident of TASED “Naberezhnye Chelny” – Kama-Trade Tatarstan, OOO launched the Brandstell metal-processing service center. The project was implemented with support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministries of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, the Fund for Development of Single-Industry Towns, the Federal Corporation for Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, Promsvyazbank PAO and the administration of Naberezhnye Chelny.

600 million rubles were invested in implementation of this project. Financial support in the amount of 216 million rubles was provided by the Fund for Development of Single-Industry Towns. The agreement between the Fund and the Company was signed with participation of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan. Borrowed funds were used for purchase and installation of equipment.

The company will provide services for processing of hot-rolled sheet metal with the use of unique EPS cleaning technology. ESP cleaning (Eco Pickled Surface, environmental surface etching) is a modern scale removal technology. The service metal center will recycle hot-rolled sheet with a thickness of from 3 to 25 millimeters, a width of up to 2 meters, a length of up to 12 meters. The finished sheet of metal does not need to be finalized, it can be immediately put into production.

Output for mass production is planned for the first quarter of 2020. Now a delegation from the Republic of Belarus is interested in products. To discuss joint bilateral cooperation, it is planned to hold a round table with representatives of Belarusian enterprises, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Belarus. The Head of the Export Support Center - Marat Khairutdinov will tell about the possibilities of promoting products abroad. Today, programs aimed at development of foreign economic activity will be presented at a seminar for exporters. The event will be held in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Naberezhnye Chelny.
