Tatarstan citizens planning to open a business for procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metals can independently determine all characteristics and potential problems of the land plot and the building. Anyone can contact the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography and request information about the intended property. To do this, you can use the portal of state and municipal services. This will eliminate some of the errors at the preliminary stage, which will facilitate the obtaining of a license.

At the same time, the applicant is not required to submit to the licensing authority those documents that are available to other bodies, departments that are participants in the provision of state or municipal services.
