Changes in Strategy-2030 were reviewed at a meeting of the Russian Federation Communist Party faction

In the framework of the Extended Meeting of the Communist Party faction in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, a draft law on amending the Strategy 2030 of the Republic of Tatarstan was considered.

Changes were introduced by Deputy Minister of Economy Oleg Pelevin.

According to the Deputy Minister, the bill was formed on the basis of proposals from ministries, departments, municipalities, enterprises, public organizations, educational institutions of the republic, as well as taking into account studies of migration, inter-agglomeration processes, inter-municipal interactions in the Republic of Tatarstan and numerous events and discussions with all interested parties.

In addition, the proposals were accepted through a specially created website http://i.tatarstan2030.ru, where each Tatarstan resident could leave his strategic initiative. Since the launch of the site more than 3.5 thousand initiative proposals of the population were received. At the same time, most of the questions proposed by the population were included in the developed draft law.

Speaking about the changes, Oleg Pelevin noted that, first of all, the draft law included strategic priorities at the federal level in the areas of the Presidential Decree on National Goals and Strategic Development Goals. Taking into account the implementation of national projects in the Strategy, life expectancy is expected to increase to 80 years by 2030, the proportion of the population that is regularly engaged in physical education and sports - up to 63%.

Within the framework of synchronization with national projects, the Human Capital block of the Strategy was supplemented with new tasks and areas of action for health care and formation of a healthy lifestyle, demography, culture, the section on education was supplemented with science, and the section on supporting employment and social protection included labor productivity.

In the block on spatial development, taking into account national projects, actually new sections on ecology, housing development and a comfortable urban environment were introduced, taking into account the Comprehensive Plan for modernization and expansion of the trunk infrastructure, the list of infrastructure projects was refined.

In the economic block, in the framework of increasing business activity, the provision of favorable conditions for the activity of self-employed citizens, creation of a support system for farmers and development of agricultural cooperation, and development of youth entrepreneurship in villages are included. In addition, directions for development of export activities were expanded, as well as taking into account global trends and national projects, the Strategy was supplemented with a section on the digital economy.
