The draft law on amending the Strategy 2030 was approved by the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues

The draft law on amending the Strategy-2030 of Tatarstan was approved by the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic - Shamil Gafarov.

The draft law was submitted to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and will be considered next week within the framework of the committees of the State Council.

The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 40-ZRT of June 17, 2015 provides for the possibility of making changes to the Strategy-2030 once every 3 years.

A draft law on amending the Strategy was prepared based on the results of the first three years of implementing the Strategy, taking into account new trends in the global economy, the adoption of regulatory documents of the federal level, including Presidential Decree of May 7, 2018 No. 204 “On national goals and strategic objectives of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024”.

The changes reflect proposals of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, local governments of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, enterprises, organizations, educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the general population of the Republic of Tatarstan through initiatives left on the website of strategic initiatives http: // i.tatarstan2030.ru.

In addition, the changes were prepared taking into account studies of migration processes, inter-agglomeration processes and inter-municipal interaction of the Republic of Tatarstan, proposals based on the results of measures taken to form proposals for amending the Strategy-2030.
