Implementation and financing of investment projects were discussed in Elabuga

A meeting was held in Elabuzhskiy district to consider priority investment projects of the district, requiring funding in 2019. The event was attended by specialists from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of Elabuzhskiy district, SEZ Alabuga, enterprises of Elabuzhskiy municipal district, and banks.

Financial instruments of banks for priority investment projects of the district were presented, the main problems of enterprises and the possibility of building partnerships were discussed at the meeting. The possibilities of using a bank product financing concession agreements “box solution” within the framework of a public-private partnership in the sphere of housing and utilities, taking into account the sectoral specifics of enterprises and organizations of the district, were also considered.
