Entrepreneurs can make their proposals to the draft decree of the Government of Russia on state control over fulfillment of accreditation requirements

Federal portal of draft regulatory acts conducts public discussions of the draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On Approval of the Regulation on Federal State Control over the Compliance of Private Employment Agencies with the Accreditation Requirements for Employment of Employees (Personnel)” are held.

The project establishes the procedure for organizing control over implementation of accreditation requirements by private employment agencies for the right to carry out activities to provide employees (personnel) with work. It also determines the procedure and grounds for conducting inspections by private employment agencies and a list of measures taken as a result of inspections.

The adoption of the Project will fix the timeline and sequence of actions in the process of state control (supervision).
