Meeting of the Personnel Committee of the Kamskiy Innovation Cluster "INNOKAM" was held in Chelny

Today within the framework of the XIV Kamskiy Industrial Forum, the Personnel Committee of the enterprises-members of the Kamskiy Innovative Territorial-Production Cluster Innokam was held at the EXPO Kama Exhibition Center in Chelny.

The Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Indira Kireyeva made a report on training of personnel of the Kama agglomeration enterprises for management programs and protection of intellectual property.

The Deputy Minister noted that today the introduction of innovations in modern enterprises was impossible without appropriate competencies in the field of intangible asset management and the joint work of the authorities and enterprises in development of modern market of intellectual property in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Economy already has a positive experience of work with innovative enterprises in the zakamskaya zone that participated in the activities of the program “Development of the Intellectual Property Market of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016-2021”, this work needs to be continued.

Indira Kireyeva also stressed that the number of enterprises that are beginning to realize the importance of working with intellectual property had increased. Another positive side is that in 2018 not only large enterprises but also small and medium businesses were involved in this work.

In conclusion of her speech, the Deputy Minister called on enterprises to actively participate in implementation of the program and educational activities in 2019.
