Implementation of supervisory activities in the constituent entities of Russia was discussed in Moscow

A meeting of the working group on monitoring the implementation of target model “Implementation of control and supervisory activities in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation” was held in Moscow today. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ayrat Shamsiyev.

He spoke about implementation of measures of the target model in the republic in 2018. According to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the execution of this target model was 100%. In addition to the successful implementation of the reform of control and supervisory activities at the regional level, the republic continues to implement a project to improve the municipal control system. Currently, work is underway to optimize the Rules of Improvement of the city of Kazan and their transition into the format of an electronic self-test service. The proposed optimization will make monitoring in the area of ​​compliance with the improvement rules more transparent and open, which, in turn, will lead to a decrease in administrative barriers for entrepreneurs.

As part of this event, results of implementation of the target model in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2018 were summed up, the draft target model for the period 2019-2021 was considered, ways to improve the municipal control system were studied.
