A new rehabilitation center was opened in Kazan thanks to the presidential grant
700 children with disabilities will be able to receive comprehensive medical, psychological and pedagogical services annually. A new rehabilitation center has appeared in Kazan. This is the third social institution in the Republic of Tatarstan of the charity fund “Strength in Children”.
The new center was opened thanks to the support of the Presidential Grants Fund of the Russian Federation. In 2018, 5.8 million rubles were allocated for implementation of social project. An innovative rehabilitation equipment was purchased with the funds of the presidential grant; psychologists, correctional teachers and speech therapists were staffed with offices.
The charitable foundation entered the Register of Social Service Providers in the Republic of Tatarstan, therefore, it can provide social services to the population at the expense of budget funds. Entry into the Register is carried out under the program "Social Design and Social Projects Management". The training is conducted with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan (the Entrepreneurship Support Fund).
