Microloans are especially in demand among start-up entrepreneurs. This was announced today by the Minister Farid Abdulganiev at the final board of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan. According to him, last year 219 microloans were issued for a total amount of more than 354 million rubles: “This year we reduced the interest rate to 7.5% (from 8%), and also expanded the list of activities, now entrepreneurs working in the field of trade can also apply for microloans. In addition, from 2019, under federal law, the size of a microloan will be up to 5 million rubles (it was up to 3 million rubles)”. By 2025, it is planned to increase the number of microloans issued to more than 800 by cumulative total for a total of 2.5 billion rubles.

Thanks to the Unified Credit Center, which was opened last year on the basis of the Guarantee Fund, it was possible to attract more than 4 billion rubles of debt financing. As part of the regional leasing company, the amount of support provided to the business amounted to more than 1 billion rubles.

In general, thanks to financial support in 2018, it was possible to:

- increase turnover of 535 entrepreneurs,

- create more than 1,000 new jobs,

- identify the most effective interventions.

To attract residents to industrial parks, a new instrument on interest rate subsidies has been tested. As a result, it was possible to attract about 2.5 billion rubles of credit resources aimed at development of production and creation of 550 new jobs. Interest-free loan is also a factor in development of the halal industry.

As part of development of entrepreneurship in the agro-industrial complex, it is planned to grant support to peasant (farmer) enterprises and development of agricultural consumer cooperatives.
