Issue of introduction of new services in the MFC was discussed today at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a briefing on topic: “On introduction of new services in the Multifunctional Centers for provision of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan”. Lenara Muzafarova, Director of the State Budgetary Institution “MFC in RT”, answered the questions of journalists.

She noted that currently 57 “My Document” offices and 281 remote reception windows in rural settlements (TOSPs) are operating in Tatarstan. Each MFC provides more than 150 types of services, about 30 of which were added in 2018. Today, another one has been added to the range of services. Now individuals can receive, restore or replace in the MFC an individual taxpayer number (INN) after changing the surname.

As Lenara Muzafarova told, in the multifunctional centers located in Kazan (Privolzhskiy office), in Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk, Leninogorsk, applications for registration of a biometric passport are accepted. During the month, this service will be available in Almetyevsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Chistopol, Elabuga, and Bugulma.

Among the innovations in 2019, the speaker also noted the introduction of services for registration of vehicles and obtaining state numbers in the MFC in Leninogorsk. Now the service is provided only in Kazan (Sovetskiy department).

On the eve of elections to the State Council, a service will be introduced to accept applications for inclusion in the voter list at the location.
