Tatarstan organizations can apply for the title of "Best Supplier of 2018"

Tatarstan companies, organizations engaged in supply of goods, works, services for the procurement sector are invited to participate in the contest "Best Supplier of 2018". Applications are accepted by e-mail: konkurs @ forum-goszakaz.ru or by postal address: bld. 3, Kolpachnyi pereulok, 4, Moscow, 101000 (Committee on State Order and Development of Entrepreneurship of the “Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs” Interregional Public Organization). In the letter, you must specify the topic: "For the contest".

The application should reflect the following information:

- full name, legal address and other details of the applicant, including full name of supervisor, phone numbers and other contact information;

- a brief description of the goods, works and services supplied and offered for delivery for state needs;

- the total number of concluded and executed (without the use of a penalty by the customer) contracts (in accordance with 44-FZ) indicating the total amount in rubles, as well as contracts (in accordance with 223-FZ) indicating the total amount in rubles;

- the total number of procurement procedures in which the organization took part in 2018: according to 44-FZ, indicating the total amount in rubles, as well as 223-FZ, indicating the total amount in rubles.

- the number of reviews, letters of appreciation, diplomas, diplomas, etc., received from state, municipal and corporate customers in 2018.

The following will be evaluated:

- the total number and amount of concluded and executed (without the application of a penalty by the customer) contracts (in accordance with 44-FZ) and contracts (in accordance with 223-FZ);

- the total number and amount of procurement procedures in which the organization participated in 2018 in 44-FZ and 223-FZ;

- the number of reviews, letters of appreciation, diplomas, diplomas, etc., received from state, municipal and corporate customers in 2018.

Competitive selection will be held until March 4, 2019.

Announcement of the results and the award ceremony will be held at the framework of the Forum-exhibition "State order - For fair purchases".
