Ministry of Economy supported the draft federal law in implementation of pond aquaculture

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of public consultations supported the draft federal law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in terms of Improving Legal Regulation in the Field of Pond Aquaculture”.

In order to assess the potential impact on business entities, the project was sent to the republican sectoral authorities (the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan), representatives of public associations of entrepreneurs and a member of the Expert Council on Regulatory Impact Assessment of Tatarstan for consideration of environmental issues.

According to the results of consideration, provisions of the project, proposed for approval, were recognized as reasonable and expedient, and there were no excessive restrictions and obligations for the subjects of entrepreneurial and other activities.

The position is directed to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
