Acceptance of applications for accreditation has started
Today management companies of industrial parks and industrial sites started acceptance of applications for accreditation. Documents are accepted by the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya str., 55, office 125; on weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (except Friday - from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
Tatarstan entrepreneurs can become residents of industrial parks or sites. Residents of accredited industrial sites will have the opportunity to use support programs of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, they can subsidize the interest rate on reimbursement of expenses related to payment of interest on loans attracted for construction (reconstruction) of engineering infrastructure, industrial buildings, structures, as well as for purchase of new equipment.
Also in some districts, by decision of the executive committees, a land tax may be reduced or abolished for residents. If the land on which the industrial park or site is located is in municipal ownership, then by decision of the executive committee the rent may be reduced or canceled.
Acceptance of applications for accreditation by industrial parks and sites is held in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of August 27, 2014 No. 616 “On accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and medium-sized businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan”. It is aimed at determining the compliance of the subject of infrastructure of property support for small and medium-sized businesses with requirements established by law.
