Kazan, Almetyevsk and Laishevo are the leaders of socio-economic development rating for January-December 2018

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of municipal districts and urban districts for January-December 2018. As before, Kazan, Almetyevsk and Laishevo hold high positions and remain leaders.

Muslyumovskiy district rose by 8 positions in the rating, Tyulyachinskiy, Aksubayevskiy and Tetyushskiy districts - by 6. These changes are due to a decrease in registered unemployment, an increase in the volume of investments in fixed assets (excluding budgetary funds) and gross agricultural output.

Per capita, the volume of products shipped on average in the republic amounted to 723.62 thousand rubles. The highest results for this indicator are in Almetyevskiy (4 475.35 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamskiy (2102.2 thousand rubles) and Novosheshminskiy (1625.27 thousand rubles) districts.

As of January 1, 2018, the registered unemployment rate in the republic was 0.5%. In 30 municipalities, this indicator is below the national average. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Aksubayevskiy (0.12%), Laishevskiy (0.14%) and Aktanyshskiy (0.24%) districts.

In January-December 2018, in the Republic of Tatarstan, 0.62 square meters of total housing area per capita was commissioned. The largest area was introduced in Pestrechinskiy (3.816 square meters), Verkhneuslonskiy (3.003 square meters) and Laishevskiy (2.247 square meters) districts.
