Issues on preparation of reports on implementation of state and municipal control were discussed in the Ministry of Economy

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the preparation of reports on implementation of state control (supervision) and municipal control in 2018. The event was held in the form of videoconferencing with participation of heads of executive committees of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as officials of local governments responsible for implementation of control and supervisory activities.

The control reports are prepared in accordance with the Federal Law No. 294-FZ dated December 26, 2008 “On Protection of Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in Implementation of State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control”. Deputy Minister of Economy Airat Shamsiev reminded the meeting participants about the basic requirements for preparation of reports.

During the event, the participants studied the stages and deadlines for coordination of projects, the specifics of posting reports to the federal GAS “Management”, as well as typical mistakes and frequently arising questions.
