The Ministry of Economy holds public consultations on the draft federal law

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts proposals from representatives of business associations on the draft federal law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in terms of Improving Legal Regulation in the field of Pond Aquaculture”. An appeal for public consultation was received from the Department for Regulatory Impact Assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The project involves amending the Land and Water Codes of the Russian Federation. The changes will contribute to establishment of legal grounds for the use for aquaculture (fisheries) of ponds formed by waterworks on watercourses, as well as elimination of conflicts in water, land laws, and the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating relations in the field of aquaculture (fishing).
